Whether or not election fraud occurs the legislature needs to make it a priority to codify certain procedures prior to each election cycle at every level, whether local, state or federal.  We need to make sure yearly audits followed by any necessary purges are conducted of voter rolls so that we weed out the deceased and those that have moved or for any other reason are no longer eligible voters. Without making this process Law elections will always be open and vulnerable to fraud! 

 

In addition we need to make Photo ID mandatory to make it more difficult for people like former State Representative Christina Ayala to impersonate other people in order to vote multiple times.
